Love them, kids made their only one tote bags!

It was huge pleasure to see the kids focusing on making their own design tote bags.

2.5 hours workshop passed so fast.

Art Workshop is great opportunity for kids to develop their motor skills and also know the process of creation.

I believe when kids focus on creating something, their brain become creative brain,  kids will  keep on thinking forward. They choose everything by themselves to design. (Don't interrupt them!)

Very important thing is to complete to the end. When kids complete their creation, they can feel great feeling or satisfied as if you reached the summit! This feeling will make kids have more motivation to make more next.

Computer is easy but their brain will be just passed.

Hand making is hard but their brain will be active!

Stencil Print Workshop for kids!!!

We have been thinking about working with kids to show how the Stencil Printing Process is...
Last December we had a print workshop at Children's Museum of Art New York. The 2nd print workshop will be at our studio!
In this stencil screen printing workshop you can print your own drawing on your tote bag or tee shirts!
To see previous workshop for review, here is the link!

The workshop will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2013.
The Cost will be $35 including Tote bag fee.
Maximum 5-7 kids, first come first serve basis.

The recommended age is from 5 years old.

Our studio is located at

117 Dobbin Street #200,

Brooklyn, New York

If you are interested in joining the workshop, please email us to make a reservation at creative@moonandsnow.com

Please indicate the parent/ guardian's name  and your kid's name, contact information, number of kids and which date you would like to join in.

You may also bring own your tee shirts or your fabric which you would like to print on.

For parents/gurdian, you can drop off your kid at our studio and enjoying the Greenpoint/ Wiiliamsburg nighborfood or just stay in our studio!

take B62 MTA Bus from on Bedford Avenue between N 7th Street and N 8th Street to Norman and Manhattan Avenue. walk to Dobbin Street for 3 minutes.

昨日はJCN武蔵野三鷹ケーブルテレビさんに取材していただきました。吉祥寺アトレの大画面や市役所の入り口、街中などで１週間、取材模様が放映される予定です。

三人三様の個性あふれる展覧会となっております。お気軽に遊びにきて下さい。

サンニンテン、Group Exhibition in Tokyo

展覧会のお知らせです☆

１月３０日より、三鷹にあるデイリーズカフェに併設されているデイリーズギャラリーにてグループ展を開催いたします。

ニューヨークでのとても大事な友人の一人だった、ふじわらりわさん。３年前にニューヨークから日本へ拠点を移した彼女と、そのお友達のホソイモトコさん、そして私、安井雪絵との３人展になります。

偶然にも３人とも同じ大学学部出身、子育て中の縁もあり、それぞれの作品を発表しましょうという企画が進行した次第です。

お近くにいらっしゃる方は、気軽な気持ちで寄っていただけたら幸いです。

私自身は、残念ながら日本へは帰国できませんが、はるばる作品たちが海を越えていきます。

期間：１月３０日から２月１２日まで。
